Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for:


* Facilitate interviews, workshops, requirements sessions, and working meetings to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements.


* Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.


* Coordinate with client stakeholders, business users, architects, developers, and product owners to support future-state process and solution discussions.


* Investigate business and client issues, clarify root causes, track risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items, and coordinate resolution.


* Support Salesforce-enabled business process and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions by preparing training materials, standard operating procedures, job aids, and user acceptance testing (UAT) materials, and by participating in change-management and Agile delivery activities.
