From welcoming guests and managing reservations to coordinating seating arrangements and recognizing VIPs and returning guests, you’ll help create memorable experiences that reflect our hospitality standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their seats, and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.


* Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations to maximize guest satisfaction and outlet efficiency.


* Recognize VIP guests, returning guests, resident guests, and IHG One Rewards members, ensuring their preferences are communicated to the team.


* Coordinate VIP seating arrangements and special occasions with the Bar Manager and Duty Manager.


* Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, reservations, special requests, and table status.


* Build positive relationships with guests by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.


* Stay informed about entertainment schedules, live music, special events, and promotions to confidently assist guests.


* Respond professionally to guest concerns and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.


* Coordinate closely with bartenders, servers, management, and security to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.


* Maintain awareness of guest welfare, responsible alcohol service, and venue safety.


* Communicate guest feedback, special requests, and operational concerns to the relevant team members.


* Follow Holiday Inn grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

What we need from you:


* Previous experience in bars, lounges, restaurants, or hospitality environments is preferred.


* Strong guest relations skills and an understanding of VIP service and professional hospitality etiquette.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
