About Units 6400 & 6500: Units 6400 and 6500 are combined Trauma, Geriatric Trauma, and Acute Care Surgery nursing divisions with a total capacity of 63 beds.

Nurses on these units develop specialized expertise while caring for a diverse patient population with traumatic injuries and acute surgical conditions.

Patient Populations Include:

• Motor vehicle accident injuries
• Gunshot and stab wounds
• Traumatic amputations
• Fall-related injuries
• Spinal cord injuries
• Traumatic brain injuries
