This FT Night opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses seeking to expand their skills across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry while working within two Magnet®-recognized hospitals.

In this role, you’ll provide care across both campuses, supporting diverse patient populations and contributing to exceptional outcomes through clinical excellence, adaptability, and teamwork.

The float pool offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your expertise across multiple specialties while maintaining schedule flexibility and access to professional growth resources.

Role Highlights

• Minimum two (2) years of acute care experience required
• Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Every 3rd weekend + rotating holidays
• Float Pool role, supporting multiple inpatient units
• $10-15/hour float differential + shift differentials
• Float between Belleville and Shiloh campuses

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• 2+ years ICU and/or Emergency Department experience 
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (PALS preferred for ED)
• Telemetry interpretation experience
• Strong IV therapy skills
