Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategic Capabilities, Trade Digital Enablement, is responsible for advancing digital, data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities across Global Trade Controls.

This role combines global trade knowledge with digital product leadership to translate regulatory requirements, Global Trade Controls standards, business needs, and risk priorities into scalable technology-enabled solutions.

The position partners across Global Trade Controls, Global Transportation and Trade Operations, sector Global Trade teams, Technology, Data Science, Master Data Management, Supply Chain, and other business functions to improve compliance visibility, strengthen controls, increase operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.

The role provides business leadership for assigned digital capabilities from strategy and requirements through implementation, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
