Oak River Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in Anderson, California, is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Position Details


* Schedule: Full-Time


* Days: Sunday through Thursday


* Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


* Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities


* Perform routine building maintenance and repairs


* Complete work orders in a timely manner


* Assist with facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and safety inspections


* Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition


* Support compliance with health and safety standards


* Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Qualifications


* Basic maintenance, repair, or handyman experience preferred


* Ability to use hand and power tools safely


* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
