Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Finance Transformation Record to Report team, you will be responsible for...


* Assess current-state controllership processes, identify pain points and gaps, and prepare transformation roadmaps.


* Develop solution hypotheses for identified challenges using people, process, technology, and governance levers while applying applicable accounting, regulatory, and compliance standards.


* Deploy improvements to finance data models, cost transparency, financial close and consolidation, financial operations, and reporting using tools and accelerators.


* Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships; support engagement planning and budgeting; define deliverable structure and content; and manage engagement economics, risk, and timelines.


* Contribute to proposal development, recruiting and retention activities, and improvements to delivery methods.

Qualifications

Required:


* 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: entity accounting, enterprise accounting, finance transformation, technical accounting, operational accounting, financial planning and analysis, or cost accounting.


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Risk Management, or Economics.
