Position Summary: The ASNT Level III NDT Instructor is responsible for delivering classroom, laboratory, and field-based nondestructive testing (NDT) training in support of the Texas NDT School and Exo's inspection operations.

This position provides technical instruction, hands-on training, mentorship, and technical oversight for Level I and Level II technicians while supporting inspection projects, procedure reviews, and advanced NDT applications across the utility, transmission, fabrication, structural steel, and industrial sectors.

The instructor will help ensure technicians develop both the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform NDT examinations safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and client requirements.

The position may also provide technical support to field inspection teams, assist with procedure development and review, and contribute to the ongoing development of Exo's NDT training and qualification programs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on NDT professional with strong technical expertise, field experience, and a passion for teaching and developing the next generation of inspectors.

Key Responsibilities Training & Instruction Deliver classroom, laboratory, practical, and field-based NDT training programs for Level I, Level II, and other inspection personnel.

Provide instruction in UT, MT, PT, and VT methods, including theory, equipment operation, examination techniques, interpretation, and reporting.

Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, practical exercises, demonstrations, study guides, and examinations.

Adapt training methods and materials to accommodate varying levels of experience and learning needs.
