Work you'll do

As a Banking & Capital Markets, Platform & Technical Transformation Senior Consultant on the Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading platform and technical workstreams on banking transformation programs, translating business requirements into solution designs and delivery plans.


* Assessing current-state processes, platforms, and integrations; define target-state designs and implementation priorities.


* Creating process documentation, business and technical requirements, and data or integration specifications for technology delivery.


* Collaborating with business owners, operations leaders, and technology teams to align platform decisions with operating needs and measurable outcomes.


* Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and support execution of approved transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics, or computer science


* 4+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting roles involving banking technology, platform implementation, or technology-enabled operations.


* 2+ years of experience leading or supporting technical delivery workstreams for product launches, platform migrations, or technology modernization initiatives.
