Reporting to VP of Asset Management, the Regional Manager, will manage the day to day operations and sales initiatives for a portfolio of manufactured home communities in Rhode Island (Tiverton, Coventry), New Hampshire (Manchester, Epping), Massachusetts (Rockland, Taunton, Athol, Middleborough, Attleboro), and Illinois (Manteno, Grayslake).

This role is based in Massachusetts or a neighboring state near communities within the region.

You will be responsible for: Lead the operational and financial performance of multiple communities, including budgeting, occupancy, revenue growth, and expense management.

Develop, coach, and support Community Managers and onsite teams to achieve company goals.

Conduct regular property visits to ensure high standards of maintenance, safety, curb appeal, and customer service.

Monitor property performance and implement strategies to improve occupancy, retention, and profitability.

Oversee capital projects, vendor relationships, and contract performance.

Resolve escalated resident concerns and promote a positive resident experience.

Partner with leadership to execute business plans and drive portfolio growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
