JOB SUMMARY: Under immediate supervision, performs varied duties to provide support to families and Child Care Services (CCS) providers.

Delivers technical assistance, explains program requirements, maintains accurate records, process provider contracts, supports attendance, and uses established workforce systems to complete assignments.

This position supports respectful, responsive, and accountable service delivery, communicating clearly, addressing concerns appropriately, safeguarding confidential information, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

This position is grant funded.

Continuation of position is contingent upon the availability of grant funds.

Regular attendance at Employer's place of business and/or during particular hours, as assigned, is an essential function of this position.

Employee must comply with and follow YWCAs attendance policy at all times, unless a reasonable accommodation is requested and granted, as required by law.

Performs routine clerical, administrative, and provider services processing duties under immediate supervision and in accordance with established procedures, including typing, filing, scanning, answering telephone calls, organizing documents, and completing assigned workflow tasks.

Enters provider, parent, and case information into the childcare management system and other approved automated systems; verifies entries against source documents; corrects errors within established procedures; and refers discrepancies or complex issues to the supervisor or designated senior staff.

Conducts standardized new-provider orientations in person or virtually by presenting approved materials, explaining basic program participation requirements, answering routine questions, documenting completion, and referring questions outside established guidance to the appropriate staff member.
