Location and General Conditions:


* Paid internship, flexible hours, minimum 25-30 hours/week, contract of mandate



* Minimum 6 months duration of the internship



* Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska Street)



* Hybrid model (twice in a week in the office)

Your IMPACT

As an Accounting Intern, you will support month-end closing activities and cooperate with international stakeholders, including Turkish-speaking business partners.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical accounting experience in a global Shared Services environment.

Your Responsibilities


* Support month-end closing activities


* Prepare reports and analyses related to accounting operations


* Post accounting documents and perform data validation tasks


* Analyze open positions on purchase reconciliation accounts (GR/IR)


* Maintain regular communication with Turkish-speaking stakeholders and internal teams


* Support ongoing accounting and finance processes


* Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy


* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects

Your Profile


* Student status (preferred fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related studies)


* Basic understanding of accounting principles


* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel


* Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks


* Attention to detail and accuracy


* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks


* SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage

Languages


* Turkish - fluent (mandatory)


* English - fluent, both written and spoken (mandatory)


* Polish - nice to have

Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa/passport/confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student.
