VIE - HRBP Junior - Stezzano

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support local business leaders by implementing Schneider Electric's HR strategy and processes at site level.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will help drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement and change management initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and policies.
Your Responsibilities


* Partner with business leaders to propose and implement efficient HR solutions aligned with business needs and priorities.


* Contribute to organizational design, including skills, resources and processes.


* Support Talent Management, Performance Management, Competency Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.


* Coordinate workforce and resource planning with site leadership.


* Lead and support change management initiatives.


* Ensure HR processes and programs are implemented consistently and in line with Schneider Electric values.


* Contribute to employee development and talent management activities.


* Drive Learning & Development initiatives at site level.


* Support labour relations activities and HR legal matters.


* Contribute to occupational health initiatives.


* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HR Information Systems.

Your Profile


* Master's degree in Human Ressources, Business, related fields.


* 1 to 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role is preferred.


* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be a plus.


* Fluent Italian (mandatory).


* Fluent English (mandatory).


* You are a proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic and matrix organizations.


* You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.


* You are customer-oriented and able to influence and support organizational change.


* You enjoy collaborating with managers and supporting business performance through people initiatives.
