What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and service-oriented manner throughout the breakfast service periodEnsure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of during their morning mealProvide knowledgeable recommendations on local Gatlinburg attractions, dining, and activitiesAddress guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally Breakfast Operations & Standards Set up, maintain, and replenish all breakfast food stations and supplies throughout the service period to ensure a consistently full, fresh, and inviting spreadMaintain thorough knowledge of all breakfast menu items and ingredientsMonitor food quality, presentation, and temperature standards throughout serviceBreak down and clean all breakfast areas at the conclusion of the service periodFollow all AATMOS Hospitality food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures at all timesPerform additional duties as assigned by management
