Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Substation Automation & SCADA Engineer to join our team for utility and critical infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support of Substation Automation Systems (SAS), SCADA, RTU, PLC, and communication networks.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Schneider Electric solutions and utility communication protocols.

What will you do?


* Design, engineer, configure, and commission Substation Automation Systems (SAS).


* Configure and integrate SCADA, RTU, HMI, and communication gateways.


* Perform IEC 61850 engineering, including IED integration, GOOSE messaging, and MMS communications.


* Develop and configure SCADA databases, alarm management, and control schemes.


* Execute FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.


* Perform signal mapping, point-to-point testing, and communication testing.


* Integrate protection relays, meters, and intelligent electronic devices (IEDs).


* Prepare technical documentation including FDS, I/O lists, network architecture drawings, and test reports.


* Troubleshoot communication issues involving IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, and IEC 60870-5-104.


* Interface with clients, consultants, utilities, and project teams during project execution.


* Support operational and maintenance activities for critical power infrastructure.

What qualifications will make you successful?
