General Superintendent – Lead Field Operations & Commercial Flooring Installations

The Opportunity:

You will transition your hands-on field expertise into a key leadership role, overseeing field operations across active commercial job sites.

Serving as the bridge between Project Management and field crews, you will direct superintendents, foremen, and installers to ensure flawless project execution.

This role empowers you to mentor the next generation of trade professionals while protecting jobsite safety, quality, and labor profitability.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Direct field operations, manpower allocation, and site superintendents across active commercial project sites.


* Conduct pre-installation jobsite inspections to evaluate substrates, moisture levels, and overall site readiness.


* Monitor labor hours and job progress against budgets to maximize productivity and eliminate rework.


* Enforce strict compliance with C3 Services safety policies, OSHA standards, and quality control guidelines.


* Provide hands-on coaching and technical training to develop field technicians and future foremen.


* Coordinate daily with Project Managers, general contractors, and sub-trades to resolve jobsite challenges.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum 5 years required of commercial flooring installation, tile setting, or field supervision experience.


* Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage field personnel and subcontracted labor.


* Strong expertise in commercial flooring systems, substrate preparation, and moisture mitigation.


* Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans, finish schedules, and blueprints.


* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.


* Active OSHA 10-Hour certification.


* Ability to travel up to 60% and work flexible hours based on project demands.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* High School Diploma or GED.


* Prior experience transitioning from a trade installer or tile setter into field management.


* Proficiency with project management software, smartphones, and basic digital field reporting tools.
