We are searching for the best talent for TDS CGT-Viral Vector Development Co-Opto be in Malvern, PA, Spring house, PA and San Diego, CA.

* The Co-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site.

Purpose:

The TDS Cell & Gene Therapy Development Viral Development organization is seeking a highly motivated Co-Op interested in viral vector process development for advanced therapy modalities.

The selected candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of upstream and/or downstream viral vector manufacturing processes while gaining hands-on experience in laboratory operations, process analytics, and experimental design.

You will be responsible:



* Supporting viral vector process development activities in both laboratory and process analytical settings.


* Assisting with upstream and/or downstream process development studies as required by the program.


* Working directly with senior scientists to execute assigned experiments and maintain accurate laboratory and batch records.


* Analyzing and interpreting experimental data using analytical and statistical tools.


* Participating in technical discussions and Design of Experiments (DoE) activities to address process development challenges and knowledge gaps.
