We are searching for the best talent for TDS CGT-Cell Development Co-Op to be in Spring house, PA


* 2 vacancies are currently available.


* The Co-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site.

Purpose:

The TDS Cell & Gene Therapy Development Cell Therapy Development Co-Op will provide hands-on experience supporting process development activities for advanced cell therapy modalities, including CAR-T cell therapy.

The student will contribute to research focused on cryopreservation processes, cell culture operations, and cell therapy development while gaining exposure to experimental design, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

You will be responsible:


* Supporting projects focused on the development and optimization of cell and gene therapy drug products.


* Evaluating cryobag fill uniformity and assessing its impact on cryopreservation performance.


* Characterizing temperature profiles during freezing and thawing across different cryobag configurations, orientations, and container formats.


* Assessing the impact of cryopreservation conditions on process consistency and post-thaw cell quality.


* Performing laboratory activities including aseptic cell culture techniques, cell isolation methods, and PBMC isolation procedures.
