We are searching for the best talent for TDS Proteins API USP Co-Op to be in Malvern, PA.


* 4 vacancies are currently available.


* TheCo-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site.

Purpose:

The TDS Proteins Development API organization is seeking highly motivated Co-Op candidates to support Upstream Process Development initiatives focused on mammalian cell culture, bioreactor process development, process modeling, advanced data analytics, and manufacturing scale-down models.

This opportunity provides hands-on experience supporting the development and optimization of CHO cell culture processes, dynamic feeding strategies, media and process parameter studies, product quality assessments, and automated high-throughput bioreactor systems.

Co-Ops will collaborate with scientists, engineers, and internal and external partners to generate, analyze, and interpret data that advance upstream process understanding, scalability, productivity, and manufacturing readiness.

You will be responsible:

Depending on the assigned project, responsibilities may include:


* Supporting upstream process development activities involving CHO cell culture, media development, bioreactor operation, and process optimization.


* Designing and executing shake-flask, small-scale bioreactor, and automated high-throughput bioreactor studies.
