We are searching for the best talent for TDS Proteins CEAS Automation Co-Op to be in Spring House, PA.

* TheCo-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).

Purpose:

The TDS Proteins Development Cell Engineering, Analytics & Screening (CEAS) organization is seeking a highly motivated Co-Op to support the development and expansion of laboratory automation capabilities for Large Molecule biotherapeutic development.

In this role, the Co-Op will work at the intersection of software development, laboratory automation, and scientific research to support the transformation of existing automation scheduling platforms into modular and deployable systems.

The position provides hands-on experience in Python development, full-stack automation software, device integration, robotics, and automated laboratory workflows while collaborating with scientific and engineering teams.

You will be responsible:


* Collaborating with the physical automation and software teams to transform existing scheduling platforms into modular, deployable systems adaptable to different laboratory workcell configurations.


* Characterizing laboratory workcells, including device configurations, integration needs, and workflow requirements.
