We are searching for the best talent for TDS Clinical Operations Co-Op to be in Malvern, PA.


* 1 vacancy is currently available.


* TheCo-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site.

Purpose:

The TDS Malvern Clinical Operations organization is seeking a highly motivated Co-Op to support day-to-day Pilot Plant operations and manufacturing activities.

This role provides hands-on experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) technology transfers, capital projects, Pilot Plant expansion activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical operations.

The Co-Op will work alongside cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and project activities while developing practical experience in experimental execution, data analysis, technical documentation, and operational problem-solving.

You will be responsible:


* Supporting day-to-day Pilot Plant and manufacturing operations.


* Supporting technology transfer activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI).


* Contributing to capital projects and Pilot Plant expansion activities.


* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.


* Assisting with laboratory and technical activities associated with ongoing projects.
