About the Role

If you are motivated and safety-focused, this could be the role for you! This is an exciting opportunity to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term contract.

Earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and valuable industry skills within a world-class industrial operation.

You'll be supported through structured training, mentoring and development as you build a rewarding career in aluminium production.

 

As a Smelter Operator Trainee, you'll work as part of a collaborative team responsible for supporting the safe and efficient production of aluminium.

You'll learn a range of operational processes, develop technical skills, operate specialised equipment and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and performance across the smelter.

 

We're seeking reliable, enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Whether you're coming from manufacturing, trades, logistics, agriculture, hospitality, retail or are simply looking for a new challenge, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
