Sales Director

Key Responsibilities Lead the sales organization to increase sales, profitability, and market presence.

Develop and execute sales strategies that position GSM as a preferred supplier.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects at the executive level.

Create and manage annual sales targets, quarterly goals, and key performance metrics.

Conduct weekly sales meetings to track progress, coach the team, and ensure accountability.

Use CRM tools (Dynamics 365) to manage the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams to support customer needs and strategic initiatives.

Drive transformation in sales processes, leveraging technology to improve quoting, proposals, and order handling.

Represent GSM professionally in all industry and customer interactions.

Management Responsibilities Lead and develop Business Development Managers and the Inside Sales Team.

Hold team members accountable for performance, customer responsiveness, and adherence to GSMs sales process.

Encourage a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Promote behaviors that build long-term, value-added relationships with clients.

Maintain customer satisfaction and pursue opportunities for growth and innovation.
