Work you'll do

Our Docebo Team is dedicated to delivering solutions that help clients transform their HR/Learning and Development practices, driving significant cost savings, increased efficiency, a stronger competitive advantage, and an improved employee experience.

As a Senior Consultant on the Docebo team, you will:


* Lead Docebo implementation workstreams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.


* Establish user journeys and user stories to support the design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features.


* Configure the application across LMS or technical/data conversion areas and facilitate stakeholder reviews through joint design sessions.


* Gather requirements, document current-state learning and talent service delivery operations, and identify value drivers across the learning and workforce transformation effort.


* Develop implementation plans, manage milestones, budget, scope, and risks, and drive accurate, timely delivery across the project or workstream.
