The Team

The Innovation & Delivery Transformation (I&DT) team is building the future of Deloitte's business through new AI-native platforms and products.

The team is responsible for identifying, nurturing, scaling, and winning in new markets through new capabilities.

Rather than relying on what the firm has historically done, I&DT looks ahead and invests in areas where growth is expected three, five, and ten years into the future.

This role sits within Products+ at the portfolio level, driving commercial excellence across the portfolio of products.

Position Summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced commercial leader to build the engine behind its growing enterprise product portfolio.

This role sits at the center of Products+, driving the pipeline discipline and forecasting rigor needed to scale a complex, multi-product business.

It also drives sales by increasing Deloitte's capacity to sell product - activating PMDs/account teams and building a dedicated Sales Executive population.

You'll operate as a strategic thought partner to P+ leadership, with a unique vantage point across every product line to spot what's working and scale it firmwide.

Work you'll do

This role has two core objectives: drive pipeline velocity and predictability across the Portfolio, and expand Deloitte's capacity to sell product.

Key responsibilities include:


* Expand sales channel capacity beyond GM/founding teams, activating the PMD base and building out a dedicated P+ Sales Exec population


* Run action-oriented pipeline calls with GMs, Product Offering Leaders, and Sales Execs - holding them accountable for prior commitments


* Implement a common deal qualification (MEDDPICC), with clear stage definitions, exit criteria, and shared language across GMs


* Oversee goaling and incentive design across the full range of product sellers (PMD and Sales Exec)


* Partner with Marketing and Sales Excellence to equip and train sellers and evolve underlying systems (e.g., Seller Journey) to support product sales

The successful candidate would possess these skills:


* Ability to influence across a large, matrixed organization without direct authority over the P&Ls being held to a standard


* Skilled at translating complex performance data into clear, executive-level narratives


* Strong written and verbal communication, with the presence to engage Firm leadership

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience


* 10+ years of experience in commercial/revenue operations, GTM strategy, product commercialization, or comparable function


* Experience operating at a portfolio level, setting common standards across multiple businesses or product lines


* Strong command of commercial metrics and data, including pipeline coverage, conversion, forecast accuracy, deal velocity, and risk


* Experience with CRM, forecasting, and dashboard tools, and structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
