What Youll Do: Work with General Manager on pricing for customersPreparerental agreements.Maintain a working knowledge of competitors' practices and rental rates.Promptly responds to and resolves customer inquiries, complaints, and other needs.Work withbillingdepartmentforcoordination of new agreements.Respond to incoming calls and requests for information.Work directly with customers for trailer and container needs.Listen to customers needs anddetermineappropriate trailerand containersupport.

Document each transaction with trailer distribution and track trailermovements.

Work with billing to provide trailer pricing when trailer is activated and thenreturned.

Develop and nurture customer relationships Perform a complete inspection of the trailer to confirm readiness and document anydefects.

Complete inspections of trailers to confirm condition as trailer is beingreturned.

Take photos and document damage to bill backcustomer.

Assistwith working on trailers with minor projects (Decals, painting,etc.) What Were Looking For: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solvingand follow upskillsEnergized by building and nurturing customer relationshipsProficient with Microsoft programs, especially WordandExcel.

Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously abreast of its servicesDetail oriented"Cando" attitude.

Qualifications: High School Diplomaor equivalent required.One to three years experience with direct customer relationsMust have a current drivers license.
