🎁 SIGN-ON BONUS DETAILS:

Your hard work deserves to be rewarded! Our $5,000 sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments:

💵 First Payment: $2,500 paid 30 days after successful completion of training.

💵 Second Payment: $2,500 paid 90 days after the first payment.

🩺 WHAT YOU'LL DO:


* Coordinate and oversee the MDS assessment process.


* Ensure accurate, timely completion of MDS assessments and related documentation.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain individualized care plans.


* Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure documentation meets applicable requirements.


* Support quality resident care while helping maintain accurate reimbursement and clinical records.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


* Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.


* Previous MDS experience preferred.


* Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.


* Knowledge of MDS regulations, care planning, and documentation requirements.


* A passion for resident-centered care and teamwork.
