Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical product analysis.

Collect production samples.

Retain product samples.

Communicate analytical results with production.

Complete data entry for testing results.

Maintain electronic and physical documentation for lab testing.

Send out micro samples, as needed.

Calibrate analytical equipment, as needed.

Complete any necessary physical analysis.

Manage and complete all annual, quarterly, and monthly testing.

Support production needs.

Tracks and maintains calibration records for critical laboratory and plant (scale) equipment.

Complete scale verification, as needed.

Completes and assists with any additional tasks or projects, as assigned.

Maintains regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements Strong sense of customer service and meeting customer demands.

Strong sense of detail, objectivity and accuracy.

Working knowledge of JRUSA products and plant operations preferred.

Two years equivalent job experience preferred.

Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the Organization.

Adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and ideally Power Point to a basic level.

Able to perform basic business math calculations.

Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to meet business demands.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
