Job Summary

The Billing and ACH Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for Monthly Billing  and contact with customers pertaining to all things billing, ACH and Daily Reconciliation with which involves daily communications with the team and the department, handling all Insufficient Funds reported from the accounting department, tracking customer ACH returns, informing the customers of the return and working with them to reschedule, informing and providing customers with the information necessary to prevent future returns, suspending and restoring services pertaining to  delinquencies and all communications with the customers, Accounting department, regarding these matters.

In addition to Quality Control on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities


*  Monthly Billing to customers


*  Daily Reconciliation


*  Insufficient Funds


*  Tracking customer returns & ACH’s


*  Request customer suspensions and restorations as needed


*  Communications with all parties involved ( Accounting dept, Customers


* Quality Control as needed

Minimum Qualifications and Experience  


* A Clean Criminal History


* Ability to effectively communicate with the customers and additional parties as needed


* Ability to multitask effectively


* Ability to learn new custom programs in addition to basic email, google calendar, word, excel, and other similar programs


* Excellent follow up and problem solving skills


* Attention to detail.

 Compensation 

 The hourly range for this position is:  $21.00 - $22.60

 The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
