Position Summary The Regional Procurement Manager owns day-to-day supply chain operations Including shipping & receiving, cycle count accuracy, production order management, local outsourcing and supplier management for the Heber City location.

This role is directly accountable for making sure production through this facility, material coming in, components becoming finished goods, product shipping out, is supporting execution of our projects with quality and speed, and always reflected accurately in the ERP Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage inventory levels using cycle counts to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste, using usage trends and forecasts to analyze inventory position.

Oversee accurate processing of materials and shipments in the ERP system.

Coordinate supplier deliveries to align with project deadlines; resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and delays to avoid disruptions.

Develop and manage local outsourcing supplier relationships as necessary for the custom product lines and quick ship program Uphold company policies and best practices to ensure compliance, financial integrity, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Manage weekly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs that reflect operational excellence.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, logistics, business, or related field.

Prior warehouse or inventory management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Direct ERP experience required; Acumatica experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to build and personally enforce transactional discipline within a team, not just delegate it.

Comfortable being held accountable for a location's full inventory accuracy not just physical organization of the warehouse floor.

Prior people leadership experience preferred.
