General Purpose of Job This position is responsible for performing duties associated with attaining meter readings; reconnect and disconnecting meter service due to failure to pay; detecting and reporting signs of meter tampering or theft of service; provide accurate information for billing practices; be available for call-out after regular work hours; and promote a favorable relationship between the Cooperative and the customer.
