Project Control Analyst (PCA)

We are currently seeking a Project Control Analyst (PCA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The Project Control Analyst will provide project control and financial support across multiple programs, working closely with Program Managers, Finance, Contracts, Purchasing, and other corporate departments to ensure accurate and timely project financial management.

The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000 $105,000 per year.

Final compensation is dependent upon the candidate's skills, qualifications, and contract-specific guidelines.

Responsibilities Provide project control and financial support, including cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Monitor project budgets, expenditures, commitments, funding, and overall financial performance.

Assist with project forecasting, including Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs).

Perform cost variance analysis and assist Program Managers with identifying financial trends and potential issues.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and other project financial reports for internal management and customers.

Support project setup, maintenance, and financial tracking within Deltek Costpoint or other applicable systems.

Assist with workforce planning, labor tracking, and project charge code management.

Support invoice preparation, review, and submission.

Assist with subcontractor and purchase order tracking, including reviewing invoices and monitoring expenditures.

Support funding analysis, burn-rate tracking, and forecasting future project trends.

Assist with annual budget development and project-level forecasting.

Support contract modifications, funding requests, and other project-related financial activities.

Assist with project closeout activities and de-obligations.

Support proposal pricing and development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) as needed.

Work closely with Program Managers and Finance to ensure accurate and timely project financial reporting.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial controls.

Perform other related Project Control duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 57 years of relevant experience in project controls, project finance, financial analysis, or a related field required.

Government contracting experience required.

Experience working with project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formul...
