Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time 35h/week.

Job location: Roentgenstraße 19-21, 95478 Kemnath

Your tasks and responsibilities:



* Your tasks include working on various questions on robotic hardware or simulation for dynamic environment concepts and improvements in robotic medical technology and their supporting infrastructures, reaching from co-ideation to co-creation and co-implementation

Your qualifications and experience:



* You are currently successfully studying robotics, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical or communications engineering at least in the 4th bachelor or 1st master semester


* You have experience in ROS1/ROS2, Gazebo and Rviz


* You have knowledge and experience in depth cameras (3D camera) and in C++/C


* Experience in Nav2 or MoveIt is a plus


* You have already gathered some work experience

Your attributes and skills:



* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is desirable


* You feel at home in a multicultural, interdisciplinary environment


* You are open to new ideas and interested in both working independently and in working in a team
