Advanced Controls Applications Co-Op

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:


* Perform controls testing and generate test reports in BAC’s state-of-the-art thermal lab


* Interact with customers during witness testing


* Support customer Requests for Information (RFIs) about BAC’s controls systems


* Select components and participate in designing industrial control systems


* Develop and test controls software


* Catalog and maintain controls hardware library with configuration data

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


* Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline


* Experience in electro-mechanical control systems


* Knowledge of Negative Feedback Control Theory and PID design


* Experience with software development processes and software testing


* Demonstrated skills in technical writing


* Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office and CAD products


* Previous experience in lab testing processes, including instrumentation and measurement techniques is a plus


* Structured text programming (C/C++/C#/Python) is a plus

 

 

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour. 

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
