As the Engagement Manager in the Enterprise Services Business, you will lead the successful execution of the comprehensive Trillium Health Partners MES agreement and the medical equipment, clinical-service, and operational projects within it.

This is not an information technology role; its primary focus is Managed Equipment Services, diagnostic imaging and biomedical equipment, healthcare operations, and customer engagement.

You will own the customer relationship for program execution and ensure the program achieves customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, high quality, profitability, and agreed deliverables and revenue targets.

You will also identify opportunities to use the Siemens Healthineers business portfolio and services to help clients improve quality of care and reduce costs.

To ensure the provision of a first-class Managed Equipment Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective contract, the needs of the customer and Siemens core values.

The service must be provided in accordance with the key performance indicators or other defined measures with the objective of achieving consistently high customer and staff satisfaction results and maximising financial performance according to agreed project agreement.

Working Partners/Contacts:


* Local internal contacts will include the Head of Operations for Canada, the designated Commercial Project Manager, ES Service Manager and other members of the immediate MES team; in addition, there will be the need to interface with other Siemens Healthineers employees and management at all levels at various locations.

You will be supported by two Customer Care Coordinators.


* External contacts will include clinicians, staff and management from the hospital and suppliers.

* You possess exceptional presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clinical, technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences.
