The Senior Director of Process Excellence will manage the strategic and day-to-day functions of a global team of skilled professionals in two related process-based disciplines.

The first is Continuous Improvement (CI) which will be engaged in projects driving capability improvements across all the functions of Global Services.

These improvements can be targeted at the improvement of any valuable outcome to GS such as the improvement of customer experience, quality of service delivery, or cost efficiencies.
