Senior Specialist Manufacturing Communications

Join our team at Philip Morris USA as aSenior Specialist, Manufacturing Communications, where you'll play a key role in developing and delivering communication strategies that connect employees to our business, culture, and purpose.

You'll partner with leaders across the organization to create impactful communications and learning experiences that keep employees informed, engaged, and prepared to support the future of our business.What You'll Do:


* Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support organizational priorities and business objectives.


* Partner with leaders and stakeholders across PM USA to create and deliver timely, accurate, and engaging employee communications.


* Manage and maintain communication channels, digital platforms, and communication calendars to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.


* Support leadership communications, business updates, town halls, workforce meetings, and employee engagement forums.


* Identify innovative opportunities to enhance employee engagement, awareness, and connection to business priorities.


* Coordinate training logistics, learning events, and development initiatives for hourly and salaried employees.


* Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.

What We're Looking For:


* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.


* Experience developing and implementing employee communications, engagement initiatives, and/or training programs.


* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.


* Experience facilitating training, workshops, meetings, or employee development programs.


* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.


* Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.


* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions.

The Salary Range for this position is: $91,500.00 - $132,750.00.
