What You'll Do

As an intern, you'll gain real-world experience in market research and data analysis while contributing to the Y's mission.

You will:
Use AI to gather valuable insights.
Learn how to analyze and transform data into actionable recommendations.
Work with industry tools like SurveyMonkey, Listen360, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Gain exposure to executive leadership and networking opportunities within a nonprofit setting.
Experience the culture and impact of a mission-driven organization.

Internship Details:

Duration: Minimum 6 weeks
Hours: 10+ hours per week (schedule determined with Internship Supervisor)
Location: Primarily based at the Cummings Center - YMCA Association Headquarters in Beverly, MA
Compensation: $15/hr
