The Regional Director provides the day-to-day leadership, guidance and general management of a multi-site portfolio to ensure that the business has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people strategies in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

The position accomplishes this through a constructive, communicative and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
