Technology Strategy Senior Manager

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformation project or transaction.

Work you'll do

As a Technology Strategy Senior Manager on the Energy, Resources & Industrials Strategy team, you will be responsible for:



* Developing technology strategies that help clients improve profitability, accelerate growth, and deliver value across stakeholder groups


* Leading technology strategy engagements for ER&I clients, including platform, architecture, operating model, and capability decisions needed to support business priorities


* Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives


* Leading engagement planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client work


* Contributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development
