Were seeking a hardworking, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team.

As the primary connection between customers and technicians, youll build relationships, clearly explain service recommendations, and keep guests informed from check-in through vehicle delivery.

The ideal candidate brings Ford experience, strong organizational skills, and a personable approach that helps every customer feel confident and cared for.

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers professionally and warmly, and accurately assess their service needs.

Create detailed repair orders, verify warranty and recall information, and provide accurate cost estimates.

Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair work to customers, ensuring they fully understand and approve.

Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely status and completion updates.

Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and prompt service delivery.

Review completed work orders with customers to ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.

Upsell recommended services and products based on vehicle inspection results and manufacturer maintenance schedules.

Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and contribute to department goals and performance metrics.

Adhere to all company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures.
