What You'll Do As our Complex Claims Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping policyholders navigate challenging claims while ensuring each situation receives the attention and care it deserves.
You'll manage complex, high-exposure property and liability claims, including litigated matters, while partnering with defense counsel, industry experts, and teams across Olympus.
You'll use your technical knowledge, investigative skills, and sound judgment to support fair, timely resolutions and deliver the exceptional service our policyholders expect.

Key Responsibilities Investigate & Evaluate Complex Claims Manage complex first-party property, third-party liability, and litigated claims from investigation through resolution.Evaluate coverage, liability, property damage, bodily injury exposure, reserves, and settlement opportunities.Coordinate investigations, inspections, and expert evaluations to support informed claim decisions.
Collaborate & Resolve Partner with defense counsel to develop litigation strategies, evaluate exposure, and work toward effective resolutions.Participate in mediations, appraisals, depositions, and court proceedings as needed.Communicate clearly with policyholders, attorneys, public adjusters, contractors, and other partners throughout the claims process.
Support Quality & Compliance Prepare coverage determinations, settlement responses, and claim correspondence while maintaining accurate documentation.Identify potential fraud, subrogation opportunities, and significant exposures, coordinating with the appropriate teams.Ensure claims are handled in accordance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
