Global Risk Analyst
Your Job
As a Global Risk Analyst, you will apply financial analysis and risk assessment to evaluate customer creditworthiness, quantify risk exposure, and support business decisions that create long-term value.
You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, providing insights and recommendations that help balance growth opportunities with prudent risk management.
Working closely with commercial teams, you will monitor risk trends, communicate key findings, and identify opportunities to improve processes and decision quality.

What You Will Do
* In alignment with Molex's risk philosophy, completing financial analyses and reviews for the purpose of understanding counterparty risk, determining appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
* Active portfolio ownership of assigned customer base to monitor and maintain credit risk exposures
* Collaborating and d eveloping partnerships with commercial teams by providing actionable input and recommendations for business risk decisions
* Providing commercial teams with transparency to portfolio performance and risks to help drive profitable decisions
* Continuously seeking opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Business or related field
* Strong experience with Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation) Word and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts
* Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
* Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to define problems, multi-task, meet deadlines, and be a collaborative team player
What Will Put You Ahead
* One or more years of relevant experience (i.e.
financial statement analysis, risk analysis, economic modelling and research, portfolio management, credit, treasury)
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization software/tools
* Proficient with SAP
