Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the Store Manager in the successful operation of the IWC Boutique at Ben Bridge Jeweler, Bellevue Square.

This position is responsible for helping drive sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional, luxury client experience that reflects the values and standards of both IWC Schaffhausen and Ben Bridge Jeweler.

The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury retail professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for client relationship building, and a proven ability to execute business strategies while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development


* Partner with the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.


* Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centric service.


* Coach, mentor, and train sales associates to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and professional development.


* Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.

Sales Leadership & Business Performance


* Support the development and execution of boutique business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.


* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to drive results.


* Contribute to client development initiatives, CRM strategies, and outreach efforts that strengthen customer loyalty and repeat business.


* Lead by example through active participation in selling and clienteling activities.

Client Experience


* Deliver exceptional personalized service while building long-term relationships with clients.
