OPWDD Job Coach

The Job Coach specializes in assisting participants with learning and gaining job skills.

The Job Coach provides one-on-one job training tailored to the needs of the participant.

The Job Coach is responsible for but not limited to the following: - Provide on-site job coaching for designated caseload - Complete and ensure accurate and timely documentation of SAP plans, case notes, monthlies DDPS and other required information.

- Act as a liaison between the person supported, family and employer.

- Attend all staff meetings, Life Plans, conferences, and annual training requirements.

- Ability to demonstrate patience, creative thinking, and exhibit great teamwork.

- Provide overall assistance as assigned.

Skills: - Strong communications both written and verbal - Detail oriented, multitasker.

- Excellent time management skills - Strong computer skills
