Offer Specialist - Connected Systems

Schneider Electric is looking for an Offer Specialist - Connected Systems to support the growth and adoption of our connected technologies across Western Australia.

Combining technical knowledge with a commercial mindset, you'll work with Sales teams, customers and partners to identify opportunities, understand project requirements and support the selection and specification of the right solutions.

You'll work across our Connected Systems portfolio, including C-Bus, Wiser, EV charging solutions and Home Energy Management Systems (HEMS), engaging with system integrators, electrical contractors, consultants, wholesalers and end users.

What You'll Do



* Provide technical and commercial expertise across our Connected Systems portfolio.


* Identify and develop customer and project opportunities alongside Sales teams and partners.


* Support opportunities from early engagement and specification through to solution selection and conversion.


* Build relationships with system integrators, electrical contractors, consultants, wholesalers and end users.


* Support and grow our EcoXpert Partner Network.


* Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training to customers and partners.


* Support customers with product applications, specifications and solution selection.


* Share customer, competitor and market insights to support future growth and innovation.

What Will Help You Succeed



* 3-5 years' experience in business development, account management, technical sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role.


* Experience within lighting controls, building or smart home automation, energy management, e-mobility, electrical technologies or a related industry.


* Experience identifying, developing and converting customer or project opportunities.


* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.


* Understanding of the construction industry value chain, including specification and procurement processes.


* Strong commercial awareness, organisation and a customer-focused approach.


* Interest in sustainability, connected technologies and digital transformation.

An Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade qualification, or a relevant Business/Marketing qualification supported by industry experience, would be highly regarded.
