Solutions Purchaser

Job Responsibilities


* Execute end-to-end purchasing and logistics execution for assigned project solutions, ensuring purchase orders (POs) are placed accurately and on time.


* Coordinate directly with internal/external suppliers, global supply chain, and project managers to expedite orders and confirm delivery timelines.


* Monitor daily transactions using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to manage PO issuance, shipment tracking, and goods receipt functions.


* Mitigate supply chain delays and logistical risks by implementing proactive contingency plans with stakeholders.


* Track project logistics expenditure, maintain delivery schedules, and support revenue recognition requirements

Job Requirements


* Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in purchasing, procurement, or project logistics operations.


* Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms; working knowledge of purchasing workflows and Incoterms.


* Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to support regional stakeholders across East Asia.


* Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, operational accountability, and cross-functional coordination skills.
