Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:



* You take on a key role in the development and optimization of global tax governance and, in doing so, shape the future of tax-related processes within an international corporate environment.


* You analyze the interfaces and dependencies between Tax and other corporate functions (e.g., Accounting, HR, and the business areas) and develop sustainable improvement measures to increase efficiency and quality.


* You manage the collaboration with external service providers, are responsible for the corresponding contractual relationships, and ensure effective as well as high-quality service delivery.


* You lead international projects for the implementation of new applications, drive process optimizations, and actively support change processes through professional change management.


* You review existing control structures, identify optimization potential, and promote the global exchange of best practices within the international Tax organization.

Your qualifications and experience:



* You hold a successfully completed university degree and have further qualified yourself in modern project and transformation methodologies, for example in an agile environment (e.g., SAFe).


* You bring many years of professional experience in leading complex Finance, Tax, and transformation projects within an international corporate environment and have successfully guided strategic initiatives through to implementation.
