What you will do

The Senior Manager will lead end-to-end network strategy and siting for the North American Self Care Supply Chain.

This role represents the regional network perspective across new-product siting, re-siting, innovation, renovation, sourcing, and portfolio initiatives, influences cross-functional decisions, and ensures initiatives align with business objectives and the long-term network roadmap.

The position evaluates manufacturing, delivery, and trade-customization networks for feasibility and risk, supports inventory and customer-service objectives, builds a pipeline of savings and gross-profit opportunities, and program manages complex supply chain initiatives from business case through governance approval.

The Senior Manager will engage directly with a wide array of business partners including the global manufacturing network team, Project Management, Commercial, Operations, and Suppliers to assess cost and cash improvements for the Self Care portfolio including product/packaging changes, network changes & complexity reduction.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute franchise supply network strategies aligned with business priorities, senior-management direction, and the North America roadmap.


* Lead feasibility assessments for new products, renovations, re-siting, and portfolio initiatives, including manufacturing readiness, capacity, dependencies, and supply chain risk.


* Own network strategy governance down to the SKU level; lead regional forums, facilitate siting decisions, and prepare data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.


* Drive make-versus-buy and strategic sourcing assessments, including manufacturing, delivery, and trade-customization network options.
