You will serve as a vital skilled laborer contributing directly to site development, utility installations, and civil construction projects.

In this role, you will work closely with site supervision to execute field tasks safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Perform hands-on field tasks for site grading, concrete flatwork, and asphalt paving operations.


* Install site utilities, including water mains, sewer lines, and storm drainage systems, under supervisor direction.


* Coordinate daily task execution with site superintendents and foremen to maintain project momentum.


* Take personal accountability for job site safety and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.


* Attend all required daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous safety training sessions.


* Maintain high quality standards across all assigned construction activities and field responsibilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of background experience in civil construction, utility work, or heavy site development.


* High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a trade-related program.


* Active OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification.


* Basic computer skills for time tracking and digital communication.


* In-depth technical knowledge of civil construction practices, site safety, and utility layout.


* Strong team mindset with a professional, respectful, and safety-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Hands-on experience with trenching, pipe laying, or concrete finishing on commercial or public works sites.


* Proven track record of taking personal initiative and responsibility for site safety protocols.


* Completed trade or vocational training in heavy civil construction methods.
